In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer, individual consumer, has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the delivery of the product allowing him to cancel all or part of his order and return the product at his expense. This option does not apply to products that cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the buyer must make the request by telephone. The product must be returned by the buyer, within a maximum period of 14 working days following the expiry of the period of 14 clear days, to the following address: Interiors elsewhere, 16 Avenue des Ilaires - 83980 le lavandou, VAR, FRANCE. The buyer will be refunded the price of the product upon receipt of the returned product in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
The Law of 17 March 2014 relating to consumption strengthens consumer rights in distance purchases (better pre-contractual information, legal withdrawal period extended from 7 to 14 days, improved rules regarding the delivery and payment of the good or service...).
These provisions will apply to contracts entered into from June 14, 2014.
